Britt Worldwide is operating in almost all of Amway's 80 markets and will have a strong presence in Malaysia. As your network of distributorships grows, you will be supported by the Britt Worldwide System in many ways. You and your distributors will be able to access weekly and monthly meetings, seminars, trainings sessions and other functions that the Organization has regularly scheduled in many of those markets. Hundreds of thousands of distributorships are part of this organization.

This manual provides details of what you need to know and do to have a successful start in your business, and help you on you way towards Direct IBO and beyond. This information represents the essence of many years of experience; it has been designed to help new distributors formulate a step-by-step approach to building their business. If followed, this information should help you avoid many of the mistakes people have made in the past.

Since this is a business based upon duplication, mastery of the fundamentals is essential. Once the fundamentals are firmly fixed, only fine tuning should be required. This business is one of the teaching others to duplicate you. Therefore, it is important to learn what your successful upline is doing and saying, rather than trying to "reinvent the wheel". "Learn it, teach it, teach others to teach it": this is a very important fundamental to building a large network.

This manual is unique to Britt Worldwide, and its associated organizations and is distributed only within these lines of sponsorship. It is a tool for you to use in conjunction with other tools, such as out recommended books, training and motivational tapes, videos, seminars, open plan presentations, training meetings, and personal counselling. Keep in mind that this manual is not meant to replace your sponsor or upline; their personal experience should be your ultimate source of information.

Although this book (BWW Basics) will no doubt be very useful to you, it is important that you work closely with your active system upline leaders and to get counseling from them regularly. It is also important that the tools; books, tapes, and functions are fully utilized. They are part of the educational process.
